      While designed as a x-country ski glove, it is a great cool-weather glove for other activities as well. I use them when hiking in the AZ winter. Ya, it's not bitter cold, but needed something mid-weight but yet with good dexterity - when using hiking sticks, holding a dog-leash, clipping on a waist pack, etc, this glove is perfect. Just enough to keep the digits warm, without bulk. Quality made, and it shows and it feels like it.

      Love these gloves for simple general Winter Weather. They leather palms are not waterproof, but they do fit great and breath well for active pursuits outside. The gloves would likely be too warm though for very aerobic activity, i.e. XC skiing, running, etc.

      An excellent light-weight XC ski glove, also great for running, driving, etc. This is a race-weight glove, so not very warm, but that is by design. The fit and dexterity are excellent.
