Comments about Hi-Tec V-Lite Infinity HPi Multisport Shoes - Men's - 2011 Closeout:
I wear these when running, usually on pavement. I also use them when biking on 10-20 mile rides. They are great, lightweight multipurpose shoes.
One point that needs to be made: they are NOT waterproof. They are water-resistant, but will not keep your feet completely dry in heavy rain/wetness. On the plus side, they dry very quickly.
They don't have much in the way of support (they feel similar to mainstream Pumas as far as support is concerned), but a pair of simple orthotics with arch support remedied that for me.
I've had these a few weeks so I'll see how they wear over time. They feel thin so I am skeptical how they will hold up but right now I'm very satisfied with their quality.
Overall this is a great shoe for many purposes and I'm very happy with it.
