The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about REI Campware Cook Pot - 3.2 Liters:
I looked all over for a pot that would be good for long backpacking trips where I would be cooking for at least 3 or 4 people. When I came across this pot I was impressed by how light it was for the size. On my scale it weighs 19.4 ounces with the lid and mesh bag. This is great for a pot that can hold 3.2 liters.
Aside from the weight, this pot also has a number of other really great features. The non-stick coating is very nice and I haven't had anything stick so far. Time will tell if the coating lasts, but for now it is great.
The bottom of the pot is super grippy with the circular rings and it helped with stability. I didn't have to worry about it sliding off the stove. Heat dissipation was decent, however, I would recommend using this pot with a stove that has a wider flame pattern.
The pot has two handles that can be used to carry it around. If you don't want the handles they can be removed. The lid can be used as a strainer, and it has rubber pads for your thumbs so that you can hold the lid on while tipping it over. Nice feature!
The mesh bag included is also very nice if you want to hang the pot up to dry.
Overall, I'm very pleased with this pot! I was looking at much more expensive alternatives, but this one turned out to be everything I could want.

Comments about REI Campware Cook Pot - 3.2 Liters:
I bought this originally when I was putting together my family emergency backpack/kit, but its so good that I have actually ended up using it on a backpacking trip to yosemite. It outperformed my MSR flex 3 in both price, weight/flexibility due to the fact that this can be used as either a frying pan/regular pot.
Also MSR pots seem to have some mysterious nonstick coating that retain food smell and even comes off easily when you rub it with a towel, kind of unnerving to think you may be ingesting that stuff. This pot on the other hand has genuine DuPont classic nonstick coating that works awesome and is highly scratch resistant. Ill be buying another one to add it back to my family emergency kit. Also the MSR deep dish plates fit perfectly in this pot....overall great price for a pot that weights the same as a titanium counterpart.
