      This jacket is perfect for me for winter biking. I've recently been wearing it when it's in the 20s and it's warm enough with a long sleeved shirt or fleece underneath. The sleeves are long on me, but I'm petite. The pocket capacity is fantastic and I love the color!

          This jacket is GREAT for cold weather & windy weather. The quilted panels are perfectly placed for riding, and the material under the arms is breathable so you don't get too hot. I like the blue color- it's bright, visible, and funky- key components of outerwear in NYC that cyclists usually don't wear because they NYCers are obsessed with black.
          I did end up getting a Medium, but usually I wear a size small. The shoulders just fit better on the medium.
