The prAna Mesa jacket is designed for maximum wear-it-everyday utility with smart urban styling, moderate insulation, plenty of pockets and excellent stretch.
- Made from a durable, abrasion-resistant stretch nylon fabric with an all-weather finish; it has plenty of give and dries quickly
- 60g polyester fiber insulation is lightweight and warm and continues to insulate when damp
- 2x1 rib knit on interior collar
- Forward sleeve panels are double reinforced for weather repellency and durability
- prAna Mesa jacket has zip-close exterior chest pocket and interior mesh media pocket
- Double-entry front pockets: open side entries; top entries have snap flaps

I like this jacket very much for casual use in cool weather. Warm, practical, good looking. I was surprised that the "prAna" logo is embroidered on the back of the shoulders (no contrasting colors, fortunately). The front flap covering the zipper does not come all the way down, leaving a couple of inches of zipper uncovered. Personally, I'd prefer it full length. Overall: great jacket.

I recently purchased this jacket in Medium to replace my worn softshell with something a little more civilized for wearing to work and around town in the winter.
While it seems to be nicely constructed, stylish, and just the right warmth for a Missouri winter, the fit is odd at best. I'm 6' tall, 175 lbs, and bought the medium. Not only are the sleeves too short for me (1-2 in), but the chest and belly are are far too big. The jacket has no adjustment to bring it in around the waist either. It would fit someone with a potbelly perfect, but if you are even halfway decent shape it is downright baggy around the midsection.
It looks silly on me with the short sleeves and baggy midsection, so I'll be returning it and searching for another jacket that fits better.

Just picked up this jacket and I really like it. It is perfect as a late fall/early winter jacket to wear out on the town. The only complaint I have (it this is really minor) has to do with the fit. I am 6'3" and I wear a large size jacket. This fits perfect in the sleeves, but the bottom of the jacket is a little shorter than I would like. Not short enough to be uncomfortable or even a real issue for me, but if you like you jackets long, I would look elsewhere.
