Easy to install as needed, otherwise I put it in the back of the SUV. Like the lightweight and very stable. Dislike the cheap straps. I took the wheel straps off as they are not needed.

Great customer service with REI as always. I bought this rack online based solely on the reviews. It was out of stock and backordered. REI shipped it to me faster then expected. Easy to assemble, easy to install. I like that I can fully open my trunk with one bike installed on the outer position and partially open the trunk with two bikes installed. Bikes do move a bit when driving but nothing I am concerned about. I love being able to check the bikes in my rear view mirror. I have used roof racks, and trunk mount racks in the past. This one is the best yet. At a great price too.

This is the best bike rack I have ever used - great value also. Have bought and returned Yakima and Thule racks like this - this is one is so easy to use, very stable, light weight, packaged well, easy instructions - what more can I say?

I just bought a small car,so I did not want a heavy rack(yakima or thule)so this one is perfect for me. Easy to assemble,Quality USA construction and I like the way it holds my bikes. I have a whole stable of different bikes(4 with fenders) and this rack hold them all!I also installed a ss eyelet on the top of the upright which i use with a bunge cord around my top tube,which gives 4 secure points,---no way a bike will come off the rack,unless a total frame failure.
