It's no secret, the Gatorskin is legendary. I upped my commuter tires from 23mm Rubino Pros to a 25mm Gatorskin for a bit more cush and flat protection on my 20-mile-round-trip commute each day.

At first, acceleration and cornering felt a bit more sluggish than my 23s (understandable), but the added comfort and durability was well worth it.

This tire's a no-brainer. I've had no flats, and no problems with it. I expect my gear to function day in and day out, I can't be left high and dry by any small part on my bike. The Gatorskin combines form, function and just works.
