by swedishfigfromwish they were made betterI bought my daughter two pairs of these. The first were purple and hid dirt better. These were the second. After a few wears, they looked old. The strap frayed a bit. It was too late to take them back. Chooze needs to find a way to make these more stain-resistant. My daughter barely wore them, yet they are too dirty (even after washing them) to pass them on to another little girl. What a waste! I love the concept, but hate the quality. Not choozing Chooze again.

by WaldoboroDogsfromVery cute but NOT durableWe bought these for our 7 year old daughter in mid August 2013. It is September 30th, and they are falling apart. She loves them - they are cute and comfy and easy to put on in the morning. I was really dissapointed that a shoe designed for a little girl didn't last longer than about 7 weeks. My daughter isn't doing anything exotic - going to school and walks around the neighborhood - but the straps are fraying and tonight the top of the shoe has seperated from the sole. Very disspointed, and we will not purchase this brand again.

by MandySfromLove the looks, not the qualityThese are adorable shoes. My daughter fell in love with them the minute I showed them to her. But, she's had them for about a week, and the straps are already starting to fray. Frustrating, given the cost. They are going back.

by McHikesALotfromThese shoes have about a 6 month lifeMy 6 year old daughter loooooves her Chooze shoes. They are the perfect mix of cute (she wears nothing but dresses) and athletic (she rides her bike to school and wears them to run, run, run in). She has worn them heavily (like 3-4 times per week) since August, and they have worn out. The straps were actually fine, but eventually the sides got holes in the fabric. I found them easy to wash, and while they didn't come out looking new, I felt they were easy to keep clean.
My daughter is really hard on shoes, and for the price I wish they'd held up longer. I will look for a leather shoe this time around, but we may go with Chooze again because my daughter has a hard time finding shoes she feels are comfortable (and that I feel good in her running around in all day).
