Comments about OnGuard PitBull DT U-Lock with Cable:
This is the first U-Lock I've bought, so I cannot compare to others. The key can be a little finicky sometimes, which is the only reason I did not give it a 5-star rating. The lock seems very sturdy and comes with a good guarantee / insurance as well as a complement of keys and a key code card to register the set-up. After having a beloved bike of 12 years stolen and purchasing a new bike from REI's outlet, I am glad to have this lock.

Comments about OnGuard PitBull DT U-Lock with Cable:
I carry this lock around town (commute to job, shops, some recreational riding). I like the set up. I lock my back wheel and frame to bicycle stand and use cable to secure the front wheel. It takes some time to figure out the best way to carry this lock on the frame, but I found it with no problem. The mounting braket allows to do as many attempts as you need (my previous OnGuard kit gave only one attempt). This lock is comfortable for me to carry and looks very nice attached to the frame.

Comments about OnGuard PitBull DT U-Lock with Cable:
I love how easily the base attaches. It is a little heavy, but that's what you get when you need to protect your bike. I got this because it was a little wider and longer than the K brand.
