Despite this product being smaller than expected, I am very happy with it. The computer sleeve is too narrow for most laptops, but would probably fit an iPad. I have a 13" MacBook, so it doesn't fit in the sleeve. However, it does fit perfectly in the main compartment. All pockets are easily accessible, and the bag is very well organized. I typically carry my laptop, chargers, business card folio, 2-3 1.5" binders, external hard drive, and a few extra small accessories. With all of this, the bag still has room to spare.

I use this as a bike commuter bag. It has good capacity and weather protection for my commute to and from work, and I carry soccer cleats and sport clothes. Pockets and zippers are located in excellent places. If you want a bag that carries a laptop though, this won't be the one. But overall, I had an american tourister bag of the same size that lasted for years, this one is even better I think.
