            I purchased the stick after reading some positive reviews on a weightlifting forum and my primary use is to relief sore muscles in my legs. I don't like the foam roller because I find it difficult to relax my legs while balancing on the roller. With the stick I like to sit on the end of a chair and relax my leg, then I just roll up and down the quads/it-band/hams/calves. I've noticed a reduction in muscle soreness and a small increase in hip/leg mobility since using it on a regular basis for about a month as of this review. If you have sore leg muscles and don't like foam rollers, this might be for you.

            P.S. Also try recruiting your significant other to use the stick on your sore back/shoulders!

                One of my major breakthroughs/discoveries in recovering from soreness and injury was using massage tools like the stick. The deep tissue massage works wonders to eliminate the kinks, aches, and pains.

                It can reach many places but need to use it in conjunction with several massage tools to get full coverage. Because it is a hand tool, you have a good deal of fine control over the location and pressure.
