Comments about Snow Peak Titanium Cook N Save Pot:

This pot was a very good buy. Titanium is very light and raises less concern for health than aluminium.
I used the metal lid to cook pancakes and it worked very well but the lid deformed quiet quickly.
Too bad there isn't a handle on the other side of the pot and on the lid too, that would be even more practical.
The measurements on the wall are great, just not enough of them.

Comments about Snow Peak Titanium Cook N Save Pot:

I got this for camping and it is now my main cookpot at home. I wanted it to hold my camping stove, which it does, and it holds a few other pieces of gear too. The lid holds it all together without rattling because the metal lid is separated by the plastic.

This boils water faster than any other pot that I have in the house, so I use it nearly every night to make tea. Food cooked in it will stick more than my other pots, but I can scrape it clean without worring about getting flakes of enamel or something in my food.

I have a TINY sink, and cleaning my other pots is a pain because the handles make it hard to get certin angles, this one the handle just folds in and it's easy to clean.

The rim is rolled over for strength and to not have sharp edges, and food can get in that rolled-over part. But it's not a big deal. Ideally the rim would be a thicker titanium than the rest of the pot, but the cost for the manufacturer and us would be higher, so this is the best value.

Honestly, I haven't used the plastic cover to store food, I just haven't needed to. I mainly use it to hold my gear together.

The handle is JUST strong enough to last. When the pot is full, it gets heavy, and if the handles were smaller I would be concerned. But they work great, and stay cool when cooking. I haven't cooked over campfire yet though, just a small camping burner and the stove at home.

The lid has a small pull-tab that rattles so I took pliers to them to tighten them up so the tab will stand up to stay cool and ready for me to lift the lid off the pot. That worked great and I would reccomend others to do it. The lid is hot when removing from boiling water, but cools in seconds, it's amazing. Gotta love titanium.

Great product, I'm glad I bought it!
