Comments about Advanced Elements FireFly Inflatable Kayak:

It works for just getting out on the water. Much better and sturdier than an inflatable raft. Beginners will be happy. Drying out the kayak is a little difficult. I just bought a camp quick dry to towel to keep with the kayak. The packing is a bit bulky and awkward. I live in NYC, so it is nice this kayak is light weight, it is easy to take on the subway--besides the bulkiness. No storage, but bungee cords in the front. I'm 5'9" and fit fine, if your much taller, your legs might not be able to lay flat.

Comments about Advanced Elements FireFly Inflatable Kayak:

Don't let the brand name fool you, this is a low-end kayak that is too small for; camping trips, classII or greater rapids, ocean swells, and too large for packrafting shallow creeks. Be prepared to bail water, and possibly repair puntures from hanging up on rocks as the draft is to deep. Overall, not too bad to enjoy on a calm lake, but leave the dog and camping gear behind. It is in the same class as the cheaper department store rafts.
