I am a field biologist and the last thing I want is a skin tight shirt or have to wear a man's shirt that just does not fit correctly. I got this shirt and used it right away and it is everything the other reviewers say it is. In fact, I am so happy with this shirt I ordered two more! I wear waders and work in the water so sun screen does me no good. Hence, having a shirt that fits well, is soft, works well with layering, ventilates, and does not wilt is great! Lastly, it is about time folks in the outdoor clothing industry realize not all women who spend a lot of time outdoors are waifs or want to "show it all".

I just got this to wear to work, and the sizing is great! I love the feel of the fabric, and can tell that it will be comfortable in the heat and climbing that I sometimes deal with at work.
My only complaint is the color! I thought faded lime would be a little closer to soft green, and I wanted a different color from my normal mode of operation. Unfortunately it's a key lime type of green with more yellow than I had thought based on the picture. I haven't decided if I can live with it, or if I should go for red or blue (typical colors for me).

Finally there's a company that recognizes that women larger than size 12 enjoy outdoor activities! I bought this shirt to wear conducting tours at 7000 ft. in the bright sun. The shirt does not wilt by the end of the day, it keeps me cool, reduces the need for sunscreen, and looks good. So I ordered another in a different color and trade off between the two. The zippered pocket at the hem is a good idea. An unadvertised bonus is that it seems to repel stains.
