after suiting up for a fun ride on the Swananoa last weekend no adjustment required. Even after a roll over with complete dunking and loss of boat. Worked perfect and not to hot (temp) or restrictive. Recaptured boat and continued the ride. Easy paddling, no restriction from pdf.

I wanted a sleek minimalist PFD for day trips in moderate to warm weather where I would have access to my gear in a dry bag, and thus not need multiple pockets. I really liked this PFD. It is well made and comfortable; easy to adjust. The pocket in front is a good option if you are likely to get wet. The back is open down the middle which would give good ventilation. So I tried out this PFD and the Kokatat Bahia sitting in a kayak at the store and ultimately bought the Kokatat. The main difference was that this has a foam pad the whole length of the back, and I was concerned it would hit the back of my kayak seat and not be comfortable. But it really depends on your boat, and for the money this would be a great choice.
