      I was looking for a long-handled spork because I don't like getting my hands dirty when eating out of the dehydrated meals bag. This was the only utensil at REI that fit the bill so I took a chance with it. I don't think I'll ever use the chopsticks alone, but when put together this spork is exactly what I was looking for. Lets me reach the bottom of the bag without dirty hands, and comes apart so it doesn't take up too much room in my pack. I'm worried that the chopsticks may wear down with time and loosen the connection point, but I've only used it once so it's too soon to say.
