Comments about Outdoor Research Alpine Alibi II Gloves:
These gloves are the best I have owned. I have a pair of Cloudveil Troller gloves that were my favorite before trying and using these gloves. They are designed for climbing, but I use them for outdoor activities-skiing, snowshoeing, etc. They are the best. Super warm, dry, and the fit is great. Granted these are pricey, but if you watch for them on sale, you can get a good deal.

Comments about Outdoor Research Alpine Alibi II Gloves:
Used these last season for hiking, winter mountain biking and snow shoe trips as well as everything else outside that involved snow and hands. great construction. well stitched and fit good on the hands. they are a bit thick but that's because you can stick your hands in frozen water to grab something and come out warm and dry. That soft material on the thumb to wipe your nose is a nice feature as well. Overall a great glove that will hold up over time. A bit pricey but it delivers. enjoy. As a disclaimer, I am affiliated with Gore for product testing of Gore-tex products for the purpose of product review and recommendation. I do receive items from Gore for these purposes.

Comments about Outdoor Research Alpine Alibi II Gloves:
I needed a strong glove for backcountry skiing as well as for working in the snow with shovels and other tools. This glove offers a great fit without the bulkiness of other gloves. Although after a few hours of work the leather does get somewhat soggy, the gloves remain completely waterproof and my hands remained warm at about 15 F. Great gloves, too bad they cost so much, but you get what you pay for.
