Rated5out of5byACouncellfromawesome pack! This is a great pack for climbing. I use it for ice, alpine and rock. I really like the ice-axe attachment system as it enables easy, one-handed access to your piolet without having to take the pack off. Otherwise, the pack is simple and straight-forward which is just what I like in the mountains.

Rated5out of5bymmeyer6fromLightweight PackI purchased this pack because I am familiar with Millet's reputation and I was looking for a lightweight pack for ski touring. This pack has lived up to it's name! It's super lightweight, while being able to hold all my avalanche gear, water and food comfortable. Highly recommend! I can't wait to use it climbing this summer!

Rated4out of5byLXVIfromA Year Roung PackI just got this thing and have not had a chance to take this on a hike, but it is clear that this is a very versatile and solid backpack. In addition to trekking poles and ice axes, I can see a way to strap on a snowboard, skis, snowshoes or a sleeping bag very easily. The removable waist belt allows the pack to pack down or bulk up for just about any hike, this also makes it a 4 season pack. Straps are comfortable and strong, but buckles seem light weight. I wish there were more pockets, especially exterior side mesh pockets for water bottles or whatever, and stash pockets on the waist belt and this is why it lost a star. The waist belt has a loop on the left side which will be nice for the ice axe. The green looks better in person.
