          Been using this on my recent runs, 1-2+ hours long, refilling on runs longer than 1 hour.

          It's comfortable to strap to my hand, and the pocket is plenty big for an ID, key, a couple gels, or a pack of Clif Shot Blocks cut in half.

          The bottle is great too; love the jet valve. And the insulation will keep icewater cold for an hour in 80-degree heat.

          The handheld (the strap/pocket) is easy to remove and replace to stash the bottle in a backpack bottle pocket or anywhere else.

          I purchased this water bottle after I had a triple by-pass. I needed to walk every day to get back in shape. I carry this bottle with me every time I walk and it works great. I put a couple ice cubes in and fill the bottle with water and the water stays cool through out my walks. I love the way I can carry the bottle in my hand.

            I purchased this as I have Essential Tremors and needed a container that would keep my water or Tea cool and have a pocket for my emergency medication. I purchased this item though it has been updated since I purchased mine in 2010. I have NOT EVER gone a day or night without it since. It is easy to clean out the top can be taken off for a thorough cleaning and it can even be cleaned with a toothbrush. I have found my Ultra sonic works faster on it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone! It's fabulous!
