      Love this bag! The shoulder straps and hip belt fit very comfortably and really take the weight off. I've been hiking with a different brand day pack that only has shoulder straps with no chest strap. What a difference the extra straps make! It really spreads the weight across your shoulders and waist, instead of what feels like carrying all the weight in my armpits. The compression straps work fine to cinch the back down with smaller loads. I like that Camelbak designed the lower cinch straps to go inside or outside of the side pockets. This is really what caused me to choose this one over the Rim Runner. I would have liked a few more small pockets to organize my accessories.
