First of all picture on site is misleading when set up right great hammock just used it in linville gorge was best sleep i have had in a while . Has plenty of room . On the site it shows the hammock upside down the narrow side is just right for a sleep pad. Cant wait to use it again.

First off, I am a huge ENO fan and when I heard about the Reactor I had to have it. I also own a single and doublenest which I love! The quality is typical ENO, very nice. However, once set up there is very little width available to lay on - on each side in the middle there is almost 18 inches of extra fabric that is completely wasted. I guess it has something to do with how the pouch for the sleeping pad is sewn in or maybe the pouch and the actual hammock are not the same size and/or length?? I have a hard time describing what is wrong with this hammock but something definitely is. I feel like I would easily roll out of the hammock at night - it's not at all relaxing to lay in. The feel is the same whether a sleeping pad is in it or not. It would be a fantastic hammock if it felt and fit like a double or singlenest but it most certainly does not. I highly recommend you try one before spending this much money on one! Mine is headed back to the store tomorrow!
