        I bought this hat in the store for my 11-month-old who has a head circumference of 18.5 inches (75% for his age group.) I bought the 12-24 month size. It is a little big on him obviously so he can grow into it, but it still fits. The material is breathable (and really nice quality, soft), and I love that you can adjust the chin strap. I also bought the reversible water hat in white floyd plaid for the swimming pool that has the same fit and you can tell it will dry quickly when wet. Great find after lots of research!

        Great hat - fits well and stays on. I've had several people stop me in the street to ask where I got the hat for my kid. Even better -- my 18m old doesn't seem to mind it and actually keeps it on his head. Only downside is that he seems to be outgrowing it already - guess I'll just have to get the next size up.
