    If you're looking for a way to contain non-sharp items without gaining any weight, then this is the mesh bag you want. Appears to be the same screening material used in many ultralight weight tents, reinforced seams and a SilNylon drawstring collar...this is a well made ultralight weight mesh bag. i.e. - Toss it in the air and watch it FLOAT down. Has passed all my tests so far. Obviously avoid putting sharp edged items in it and avoid the hook side of hook & loop closures.
