      This shoe has good lateral support to keep your foot from rolling in as you press down on the pedals. The ratcheting adjustment is easy to use, even while riding.
      They are sized small. I usually wear a 39 or 40 depending on the shoe, but I needed to buy a 41.5 in these.

        I returned my all velcro strapped shoes for these with the ratchet and am quite please with the trade. I was tired of having to tighten my straps every hour or so on the trail and with these shoes it's definitely not a worry. They are quite comfortable, very breathable, and have great traction when you need to hike a bike. I'd definitely reccomend these to anyone looking for a good pair of clip ins.
