The REI Zephyr +15 sleeping bag provides the ideal balance of light weight, warmth and a relaxed fit for cozy roominess.
- Specially designed for women, the bag is cut to match a woman's shape and filled with extra insulation around the chest and hips for added warmth
- REI-exclusive Z-Baffle construction combines 2 insulations that together maximize heat retention far more efficiently than a single insulation
- Mummy shape is thermally efficient, yet roomy enough from shoulder to knee to ensure sleeping comfort
- Insulated muffler and full-length zipper draft tube keep the warmth in and the cold out
- Ripstop nylon shell is abrasion- and tear-resistant for years of use
- Exterior chest pocket is great for stowing small necessities such as your watch, eyeglasses and lip balm, alleviating middle-of-the-night fumbling

I bought this women's bag for myself 2 years ago because the mens and womens bag were the same price, but the womens bag is 5 degrees warmer. Lets face it, color doesn't keep you warm! I used this for the first time last January when it was 0 degrees and WINDY. I am a warm sleeper so that probably helped. I did have a fleece REI base layer on in addition and i slept well. Like i said i am a warm sleeper though. I would recommend this to anyone who fits this sleeping pattern for 4 seasons camping.

This was a gift for my wife, it appeared to be much loftier then her previous bag and we had high hopes. Alas this past weekend camping in the Olympic National Park, the temps were seasonably cold and so was she. Don't think it hit freezing but still this was not warm enough. So we will now consider a 0° bag.
If you are a warm sleeper, and generate lots of body heat this might be perfect. If you are a cold sleeper, it might be to minimal.

Bought this for a the lady friend for early and late season camping trips. We spent a week in the BWCA in late September with overnight temps in the mid-20's and she was snug as a bug. She's generally a cold sleeper but it kept her warm and comfy at night. It doesn't pack down as small as a down bag, but we stored it in a 15 liter compression drysack and it squeezes down to a reasonable size.

This is a great sleeping bag, I am always cold when out camping and since I have had this one I do not get cold. In fact it is so warm that I wear minimual clothing and still stay super warm. Definitaly a sleeping bag for someone that likes to stay extra warm.
