    Originally bought this to go with a new FC 1.0, but the 1.0 does NOT have the loops to install. Upgraded to a 3.0 and this serves as a spare.

    Works as advertised, even in light rain.

    Only downside is that the horizontal stay can wear holes in the stay pockets.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
