    I bought the scrunchie tote a couple of months ago and have gotten a lot of good use out of it.

    First, I found this to be an awesome bag for traveling. I used it as my personal item on an overseas trip recently and it was perfect! I used the long, interior pocket to store medicine, tissues, a hair brush, cosmetics, etc. The interior organizer on the other side of the bag is also good for smaller items, like keys, a phone, iPod, etc.

    It's hard to tell from the pictures on this site, but there is also an external pocket on one side that essentially runs the length and depth of the bag. It only has velcro closure, but it keeps closed well unless you stuff a lot of stuff in it. I honestly don't find it too useful, but if you had damp items or something that you wanted to keep separated from the main pocket, it could be helpful. It accommodates an e-reader easily, so that could be another use.

    There is also a small pocket on one side that is just the right size for a phone and keys, so you have easy access to them without digging through the main pocket.

    The main opening is quite large and accommodated a light fleece jacket, my iPad, my e-reader, various chargers, document organizer, snacks, water, and a few breakable gifts.

    The bag is well constructed and, in my opinion, is a really good balance of pockets and organizers to keep small things organized and a large main compartment so you can carry larger items and everything you need or want.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
