      I wear this around the office, at home, and when out for a quick stroll in the slum neighborhood where I live.

      There is no bling (even the zipper pull is non-reflective, and logo doesn't stand out if you order the black), so it doesn't look expensive and theft-worthy. If you don't like to attract attention, this is just great!

      Only 2 pockets, and they don't zip; as an outermost layer for any outside activities, this hoody would be inadequate.

      Like any pure merino wool product, it's warm + breathable; so you neither freeze nor cook.

      The zipper is so smooth, it's a joy each time I use it.

      Survived a machine wash (cold) & dry (delicates), seems OK still.

      Yes it's pricey. And worth every cent! Wait & get it on sale, if you want to save money but still get the quality.
