Comments about Keen Klamath Hiking Boots - Men's - 2011 Closeout:

This is my second KEEN purchase and I'm sold. I love these boots. I spent the summer hiking the Olympics and tromping all over the peninsula and these boots have served me well. They're warm and dry in cold/wet conditions and sufficiently light that they served well even when it was hot (90 degrees). Tread is excellent, even on loose shale slopes. I have really high arches, but also wide feet for a woman. I normally wear a size 7 in women's, the size 7 mens fit perfectly so I think they run a little small. The boots arrived ready to wear and required no breaking in. I'm 5 months in and they're holding up great. Highly recommend.

Comments about Keen Klamath Hiking Boots - Men's - 2011 Closeout:

This shoe didn't need any breaking in time, really great. Use them for geocaching and really love it. Have winter and summer hiking boots from Keen and they are really good. However, I haven't got them extremely wet to know if they are truly waterproof, if they are anything like my winter boots they will be just fine.

Comments about Keen Klamath Hiking Boots - Men's - 2011 Closeout:

I wear these daily to work and I am on my feet about 90% of the day walking on cement floors. I work in a shop and have found these boots to be the most comfortable boot since I had a pair of all leather boots many years ago. On the trail, they are great. I would love to have another pair, but why spend the money when they are performing so well after 9 months. I must confess, I did get a better price then they are currently listed at, but even at the current price, they will serve you well.
