I bought these after reading other great reviews about this shoe. They are a very good fit with good ventilation. A few more choices of color might be nice. I have no problems walking around town or hiking up hills in the woods.

I bought this shoe to wear on my road bike. I usually go between 15 and 30 miles with friends and we like to stop for food or drinks often times. I thought this shoe would allow me to use my clipless pedals as well as be comfortable for short walks off the bike. It doesn't look to odd to wear, far more functional than a road shoe, so I chose this one. Another plus I didn't realize when purchasing it, the front is ventilated, so it doesn't get too hot. I was deciding between this one and another pearl izumi shoe, but went with this because of the unique elastic easy on easy off laces. Way better than bows that can easily catch or untie!

This shoe has all the features I was looking for, but the toe box is tight. Sending back to try size larger. Definitely has the sole I was looking for and plenty of ventilation. Hope larger size does the trick.
