Rated4out of5byspeedysampofromLove these shoes!Very comfortable!! Light weight yet give good support and ventilation. I wear them for my regular one hour walk around the neighbors (live in the city). I also use them when I run with my dog on dirt surface. My toes are happy although a little more room would make them happier! I love these shoes so much, I bought another pair in different color.

Rated5out of5bysagedovefromlove 'emGreat shoes. These were recommended to help with shin splits and they seem to work well. Lightweight & comfy--- I feel connected to the ground when I run in these shoes.

Rated3out of5byLisa247fromGreat show but no good when wet trailsI use this shoe for trail running. I have been moving to more minimalist running shoe each year. Not sure how minimal I want to go, but these are a good in-between.
These shoes are extremely comfortable, light weight and felt great the moment I put them on. They do great gripping the trails - fairly technical rocks, roots etc.
The one problem, and in my mind, is a huge problem for a trail shoe, is they do not grip on wet surfaces. Yesterday, I was running on a dry day, but came across a stream crossing - where I had to cross some wet rocks. Needless to say, I slipped into the stream as I had no traction.
So as long as you stay on dry conditions and know that you will not come across any water, these will be great. But to me, the point of a trail shoe is to handle all conditions, including wet and rain.
