Rated4out of5bynbgallowfromGreat lightweight everyday pack except..I picked this out because it was super light and seemed very comfortable. The straps were not as stiff as all of the other packs I have used, but still had plenty of padding and airflow. The ripstop nylon is very light and durable, and the rain cover is a bonus. I'd be surprised if you could squeeze 33 liters of gear into it though.
I was looking for a backpack for work mostly. It needed to carry a laptop (check), be light (check) functional (mostly check), and double as a daypack while I was travelling or out for fun (check).
My only gripes about the pack seem to be shared by many - the middle pocket is almost useless (very little organization for either office or trail supplies) and the zipper pulls seem to get lost, especially under the side compression straps.. But for all of the other perks, I can live with those few things.

Rated5out of5byelgregorfromGreat Everyday PackI have really enjoyed this pack. It fills two purposes in my life; school, and play. I use it everyday for school (usually packed with my 15" laptop, notebook, DSLR, and a book) and it feels great! I really like the styling as well. The last backpack I had for school was huge and awkward looking, this pack is a welcome change.
This pack also accompanies me in my other life, which is far away from school. It works great for day hikes with a large hydration pack, food, a light jacket, my DSLR, and a tripod strapped on the back. The storable hip belt is a nice feature too.
