The Mammut Element Barryvox avalanche transceiver features single-button operation and a large display to make searching simple and fast.

Digital 3-antenna design allows precise searching, even in deep-burial and close-proximity searches; locates burials within a 60m range
In multiple burial scenarios, use the single button to mark rescued victims to mask their transceiver signals so you can more easily search for other victims

Comments about Mammut Element Barryvox Avalanche Transceiver:

I used to have older Pieps and Ortovox models and decided that I needed an upgrade now that the technology has improved so much. The features that set this apart from the other ones I looked at was the way it displayed direction, distance, and separate victims in the display and the feel in my hand. I found the display to be very similar to many of the other electronics I use in life and it was very intuitive for me to be able to follow what was on the screen. While practicing in the field I found it very easy to mark a beacon and move on to a second beacon rapidly. It is also very comfortable in my hand and easy to use while wearing the different types of gloves that I use. I have used it for a season and I am very happy that I chose this model. My only complaint is that the harness straps tend to come loose throughout the day when touring. I think that the harness shape and design are very comfortable and easy to use but the strap material needs to be improved to prevent slip. I also like how the harness is designed to protect the digital screen.
