      I bought the XXL. I am 6'5 and 220 lbs. It fits great and works perfect for days with cool water on the river when temps are in the 65-80s. Plenty long in length. Wear it all the time.

        I have a 42" chest, so usually a large fits well. This top a large is listed as 39-43". In most sizing charts for men, 39-40" is a medium. If your chest is at the upper end of that range,unless you like a really tight fit, go next size up. it binds across my chest, especially next to my armpits. I recommend it, but with caution about size.
