        I wear glasses and since I never used contact lenses I have to deal with fogging of my glasses under the goggles. Year after year, I was searching for a means to reduce or eliminate fogging. I think I tried the majority of options available on the market, and this is the best of all. Smith No Fog Cloth could slightly reduce fogging at best. "Cat ..." sold by REI (I tried its earlier version which was not a spray) was not efficient at all. Goggles with built-in fan worked but were noisy and one had to keep an eye on the battery and timely replace it. I found that ForTech works better than goggle with fan and practically eliminates fogging in all conditions. Its only limitation is that it occasionally tends to form a kind of interference rainbow-like patterns on glasses with antireflection coating, if applied too liberally. I usually use not coating glasses for skiing, and with those glasses FogTech always works like a charm. For me, it was a life saver, truly - do not know how I would ski without it! Even on warm days, I get no fogging.

          Oddly enough, after applying the fogtech according to the directions, the treated glasses seem to fog worse initially but then clear up rapidly. For a couple of minutes you won't be seeing very well. I'm going back to using Cat stuff.
