Comments about Skijor Now Dog Belt:
used fist time for five miles, worked like a champ, the elastic provides a smooth ride for me and my large lab mix dog. Shes about 85 lbs. I have used the emergency release and its quite easy to use with no parts to keep track of. I am now addicted to this sport I highly recommend this product!! Expensive but worth every penny.

Comments about Skijor Now Dog Belt:
This skijor belt is the best I've used. It is comfortable and the adjustable leg straps are easily adjusted to allow for a customized fit. The belt does not ride up so as you're skijoring/running the pulling power from your dog is more efficient and your center of balance is stable. The design of the belt is easy to ski and run in-- I use this skijor belt year round! My dogs pull when on a leash, but run away if loose. Running with the skijor belt, line, and harness was a perfect solution to keep my dogs safe, and my arms in the socket :). Highly recommend this product!

Comments about Skijor Now Dog Belt:
This is my #1 recommended belt for canicross & skijoring. The workmanship and durability is the best I've seen. Nice wide, padded support & the extra bungee feature is a huge advantage over competitor products -- and is great for extra shock absorption-- really noticeable with larger dogs. Quick-release feature makes hooking on & off a breeze. Worth the money- you won't be disappointed. I've had clients by other brands that have broken, are uncomfortable, don't last-- they are ready to upgrade to this model in no time. I've had my belt for several years-- haven't found a "con" yet. Everything I've gotten from SkijorNow is top notch.

Comments about Skijor Now Dog Belt:
I use this to go running with my two labs. They are not very good on a leash so they would jerk me around a lot with a standard leash. This is very comfortable to wear, and the give from both the harness and the lead makes running with the dogs much more pleasant. It was expensive, but I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Comments about Skijor Now Dog Belt:
Got this belt for skijoring last year after my Black Ice brand belt tore after my dogs saw a squirrel and went for it... This belt is so much more comfortable than my previous belt! The added bungee effect on the belt is really helpful too if you have strong dogs that may go after...let's say a squirrel... and it also helps if you have a sensitive back. Also have Skijor Now's double line which I also really like. Overall the belt is worth the money!!! So glad REI is finally carrying skijoring gear!
