        First helmet purchase. Fits great. Love the ability to listen to my ipod through the ear muffs. The wires never got in the way or came loose. Only used it for a day so far, but no issues on the slope so far. Ear muffs did start to compress my ears to the point of comfortableness by the end of the day but that may just be because I had my hat on underneath it.

        First of all, this helmet looks great. The matte black finish is cool, and you can easily personalize with stickers. It is very light and does not obscure peripheral vision at all. The result is that you will forget you are wearing it. It fits well with or without a beanie of clava, so you will stay warm. It has built in ear muffs (with low profile zippered pockets to fit ear phones) so your ears stay warm. I wear iPhone ear buds under these and sometimes they will push them a bit hard into my ears so that they are uncomfortable. So far, I have not seen that the chin strap is quickly adjustable. This helmet comes with a "wind plug" that fits into the front vents that can be removed on hot days. It also comes with a goggle gasket that can seal exposed skin on your forehead. I have also not used that feature because my Oakley goggles fit perfectly. You are probably fine on a half pipe and most jumps with this, but you might consider wearing a full face guard. This is the cheapest helmet I could fine and has everything I could want except for adjustable vents (which are probably pretty useless).

          I lie somewhere between an intermediate to advanced skiier. I am a lady, not a man, but the small fit fine. It is great protective wear & Stylish. My skull candy earbuds fit as well, which makes for a fabulous, ski day when alone. Best I've owned!
