REI Members get back an estimated $ 50.00 on this item as part of their annual member refund.

    The REI Member Dividend

The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.

Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.

Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Rated2out of5byfromlike all good things, they won't lastAll my Dynafit gear has failed earlier than I expected, and their customer service in the US is non-existant. Midway through my third season, both heal pieces broke. That may be too long to be covered under a material warranty, but I wouldn't know since no one at Dynafit ever got back to me (email or phone). Definitely only buy Dynafit through REI or someone else that can help back up warranty issues.

Rated5out of5byfrom5 stars now that the bugs are sorted outI've skied on these bindings for two seasons, and they are my first pair of Dynafits. After a shaky start, I'm a true believer. Yes, the Radicals had growing pains, and I think I experienced nearly all of them, except the failure of the heel lifter mentioned in another review. That was traced to a manufacturing defect and has been corrected. I lost the toe lever on my first day at La Grave...thank God the guide actually found it and I was able to find a shop that could repair it. The biggest aggravation was the tendency of the heel piece to rotate into ski mode and lock down your heel when you weren't expecting it. On the 4th day of the Haute Route, I found myself resorting to duct tape to keep the heel piece in touring mode. That, too, has been corrected with a minor mod, a small piece of plastic that attaches to the ski brake to prevent counterrotation. Now, for the good stuff....these are gloriously lightweight, relatively easy to get in and out of, and feel rock solid even when ripping groomers at the resort. My primary in-bounds skiing is at Taos, and whether hiking the ridge or walking to the parking lot, the super light weight of these bindings is wonderful. And needless to say, they tour like a dream with no added weight attached to your boot to lift with each stride. At the risk of sounding like a fanboy, if you are serious about the backcountry, sooner or later you're going to own Dynafits...and for a good reason. Highly recommended.

Rated5out of5byfromso far so goodI have been using these mounted on a pair of K2 Coombacks now for two seasons. After many miles of ski tours, a fun ski descent last spring, backcountry powder laps, and even a few area days, these bindings have not let me down. Solid construction, much more reliable than other plastic bindings, and super light weight. I find the heel risers super easy to adjust. Only suggestion would be to make the tall riser a bit taller for steep ascents. Otherwise, great AT binding.

Rated4out of5byfromLove itThese bindings look like they shouldn't work at all, but after getting used to seeing almost nothing but boots and ski they worked great. Skied all year with them never releasing and I'm 230. Had a pair of dukes which are super beefy, but too heavy for the hill climbs up Mt Adams. They make your skis so light and nimble Only wish they could be a little more affordable $$$$
