Comments about Voile Universal Splitboard Hardware Kit for Light Rail Bindings:

Economics is the over-riding upside to the Voile setup. That, and it has been the industry standard for the longest time.

Care and attention to detail when initially installing will lead to smoother changeovers. Keeping the pucks well waxed will additionally help. Nonetheless...change overs are slow...especially when riding in a mixed backcountry group.

No real durability issues over many seasons of use. Upgrade to the titanium pins and plates if you are gram counter. Always carry extra pins no matter what...even if you enhance the attaching cable.

I can't rate the product any higher as much better products are on the market...albeit for significantly more in costs. However, if price isn't an issue...go that route...lower profiles and therefore more responsive and quasi 'step-in' bindings making for super fast change-overs. I wont go back.
