      This boot is awesome! I never do reviews but this boot really hits it out of the park so I wanted to share.

      I'm a veteran skier (skied 30+ years, feel I can ski about anything) and I was starting to get to the point that I really had to push my old boots hard to keep edge control on hardpack without creating chatter. long story short, I got these boots and I had more than enough power in the boot to really power my skis - I truly felt the whole ski connect in the turn.

      And yet, they're not inflexible, they're quite comfortable (as far as ski boots go), and I just don't feel like I have to work hard to get amazing results.

      I've skied them in powder, steeps, crud, and hard pack and loved every turn (no extensive moguls yet... soon though)

      full disclosure, I've got the RX130 LV because I've got narrow / flat feet... this is more of the "classic" lange fit

          So far the one day I have in the boots was an absolute success. The boots were everthing I had hoped for and more. Great heal hold and not as stiff as I thought a 130 boot would be. Right now I am really loving them. However, I do not have much time on them. A week out west in April will give me a better idea as to how the boots will perform.

            I have been skiing for 20+ years on a variety of intermediate to advanced boots (recently, several models of Salomon X-Waves) at 90 and 100 flex. Finally decided I needed more edging control and a more-upright stance---but I was really worried about being able to comfortably adjust to a 130 flex boot. The Lange RX 130 has been a dream! All-enveloping, firm support, but no hot spots and no blisters after five days on the slopes in Colorado frontside groomers, some powder and some steeps. Liners are the highest quality I have ever experienced, and the toe box has enough room for my somewhat wide-spread toes. Probably still have some canting adjustments to be made with these new boots, but the increased control I have in various conditions is wonderful. I have heard some people comment that these boots ski cold---but I have not had a problem at all on 10-30 degree F days.
