    • Built for days that take you all over the mountain, the Atomic Theory skis excel on variable terrain, and they'll hold their own on powder days
    • 95mm waist and lightweight design floats and turns with ease in deep snow
    • Wood core provides smooth handling at high speeds and in deep powder snow
    • When skis are weighted, there is a slight rise in the tips that makes it easy to initiate turns
    • However, when skis are put on edge after starting a turn, the camber flattens out to deliver full contact with snow and excellent edge hold
    • Sidewall construction ensures maximum torsional rigidity, uncanny edge grip and controlled tip-to-tail flex; sidewall is reinforced in binding area with 3 layers of material
    • Half cap construction in tip and tail reduces swing weight and chipping when your skis bang together

    After being away from skiing for 20+ years I was looking for a ski that could be a great all arounder. After I demoed numerous 85 - 105 underfoot " all mountain skis" I felt I knew what was out there as far as performance characteristics. When the price of these dropped I had to pull the trigger and boy I was thrilled to find out that my research and the reviews by the magazines were spot on. This ski is super easy to initiate any turn you desire. Stay centered and smear easy going speed scrubbing swipes or push the front of the boot and let the ski carve a nice big arc. I am 5'10 inches and weigh 220 and am on the 177cm. Do not let this price fool you, this is no dog. If you work this ski it will reward you with it's energetic alter ego. Tip floats over crud without any deflection as long as you do your part and the rear rocker keeps the tail from hooking in the crud. If you are looking for a great all around ski that is relaxed, fun and can be pushed hard when needed check this ski out. Ski and binding for the price of most skis!

      I put a pair of G3 tele bindings on these skis and take them in the backcountry. They are light enough for treking but very stable otherwise. I use them for area skiing as well. The first couple of runs took me by surprise as they really wanted to turn when you set an edge -- found myself helicoptering around until I learned to get the pressure just right. These skis turn themselves and stay on top of the powder themselves.
