The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Superfeet Copper DMP Premium Insoles - Low to Medium Volume:
I have crazy narrow feet with low arches. I bought the narrowest hiking boots I could find (Lowa Renegade in women's narrow), but my feet still slid around in them. So, with the help of a footwear specialist at my local REI, I tried just about every available premium insole in the boots in an attempt to achieve a good fit. The Superfeet Copper was by FAR the most comfortable and best fit for my feet--the difference was stunning. Unfortunately, the REI associate did not mention that the Coppers are totally inappropriate for a Goretex boot like the Renegade, because of the sharp little pillars on the bottom of the insole. The first time I wore the Coppers in the Renegades, they ground a hole into the Goretex lining. Grrrr. So I'm not quite sure how to rate these insoles--5 stars for comfort, zero stars for being appropriate for my needs. The box does not specify that the insoles can damage Goretex linings; you have to go onto the Internet to find that information. It looks like the only Superfeet models that are Goretex-safe are the Green and Berry (or Orange for men), both of which have arches too high for my feet. So it looks like I'll have to turn to another brand, like Sole or SofSole. Superfeet, if you're listening: why not make all your insoles with smooth bottoms, so that they don't destroy the insides of shoes?
Service and delivery comments:
Am very frustrated that the REI sales associate did not tell me that the insoles were totally inappropriate for the boots I intended to use them in.

If it is too large for your shoes, then it is easy to trim to fit.
