I'm a shoe size 6 and these snowshoes were too big to keep my boots tightly attached. My boot/feet moved forward and I started hitting the fron of the snowshoe with every step. I couldn't use the "heel" feature because my foot kept on sliding forward.

The one strap system is convenient and easy to use.
I rented snowshoes for one season prior to commiting to purchase my own pair. I did not know what I was missing.... Light weight; good traction even walking sideways along an incline.
