Comments about Manzella PowerStretch TouchTip Gloves:

I am a winter camping/cross country skiing/snowshoeing/dog sledding guide in Ely, MN. I needed a pair of liner gloves to go inside my mittens to have more dexterity when lighting stoves etc. These gloves fit the bill. I spent a good 20 min looking at the glove rack at REI trying to decide which pair to get. I was surprised by how much all the liners gloves cost. I didn't want to spend $45 on a pair, but the $20 ones didn't look warm. This was a happy medium. Good fit. Not bulky, but still fairly warm. The ability to use touch screens is a bonus.

Comments about Manzella PowerStretch TouchTip Gloves:

Gloves and shoes are two items that I find very hard to buy online and get the correct fit. I tried on these gloves and a few other variations and found these to be the best compromise of weight, warmth, responsiveness and price.

Of course texting is a little more difficult, but nothing I'm not used to after a week or so. I walk 20 minutes through NYC to work daily and these keep my fingers from freezing/comfortable (not necessarily warm) in the mid/high 30's. When I'm actually active and generating some real heat (hiking, running, etc) these gloves are good for another 10-15 degrees. My thub tips were actually cold from the metal weave in the fabric vs. the powerstretch.

FOR ME, the north face etip gloves had slightly better touch screen responsiveness, but were not as warm. The OR Sensor were warmer but also more expensive and for my fingers I couldn't use the gloves for anything more than answering a call - too bulky for texting.

Comments about Manzella PowerStretch TouchTip Gloves:

The gloves fit and feel great. The touch tip works but are still a bit akward when attempting to perform more than just the very basic things on your smart phone screen. Because the tips are very wide they tend to grab more than just the touch button you are trying to select.

Comments about Manzella PowerStretch TouchTip Gloves:

These gloves are: warm, stylish, and techie. I use these for daily use gloves and liners when skiing and sledding. I love that I can use my iPhone without completely de-gloving. Great gift for anyone using a touch screen device this winter. The only draw back is they appear to run large.

Comments about Manzella PowerStretch TouchTip Gloves:

I bought these gloves because they looked pretty good. They fit well and I was curious about the TouchTip, as I have a smart phone. Well, within days they began falling apart. The touch tip kept losing little metallic fibers that started shedding everywhere, and the rest of the material started pretty much falling apart. I only used these gloves 5 times and then i returned them. Upon doing so, the REI salesperson was very surprised at how quickly they deteriorated and told me that this brand is usually very good. anyway, these gloves did keep my hands warm, and fit very well. also, the TouchTip barely worked, and i ended up having to remove the glove anyway. these are not good gloves.
