I use this jacket on my daily commute. It's not very waterproof though. I have a 3.5 mile commute and if it is sprinkling/ lightly raining, I become soaked to the bone...
I recommend a light base layer underneath when it's below 45 because it is not wind proof, but when the weather is nicer/ warmer, I'm sure I'll be a very happy camper with its breathability and ability to convert to a vest.
It would also be nice if there was a loop or something that a rear bike light could be attached to.
Overall this is a good biking jacket for its visibility and as a very light wind breaker.

The only problem I have found with this jacket is with the front left pocket. It catches when zipping up and if I'm not careful, I feel like it will tear the fabric. Other than that, this is a fabulous jacket. I love that it's comfortable and turns into a vest for spring cycling.

This jacket has been a great addition to my bike commuting wardrobe. As the temperatures cooled and the mornings got darker, this jacket gave me some added warmth/wind protection and visibility. While it's not waterproof (description says water resistant, but I haven't had a chance to test that out), it does provide enough wind resistance on chilly morning downhill rides.

When I first started wearing it, my friends said, "That jacket is obnoxious!" to which I replied, "Of course it is! That's the point".

It took me a while to come around to the idea of 'screaming yellow' but I'm so happy and feel much safer on the road with it. I also love the flexibility of being able to remove the sleves in warmer weather. Also, since the sleeves zip off as one piece, you can't misplace one and end up with a one-sleeved jacket. Nice touch.

I love this jacket. I've worn it on each of my long rides since I bought it at the beginning of May. When the sleeves zip off the one piece "shawl" folds up small and fits nicely in the back pocket; you could still fit more stuff in the pocket too if you need to. Having front and chest pockets is a real plus because it helps you carry more stuff (nutrition, trash, maps, workouts, tissue, phone) on your long rides. Fit is great, can fit a layer underneath if it's cool in the morning when your ride starts. The vest feels like it's barely on due to the great ventilation, but still cuts the wind if needed. Great price for all the great features, so glad I made the decision to buy it.
