Comments about Gulpy Gulpy Jr. Portable Water Dispenser - 10 fl. oz.:
This is a great idea...your dog has his or her own water bottle attached to a bowl. I've used this on several walks/hikes with my dog. She is very picky about where she drinks water. She won't drink from a "community" dog bowl or fountain, so this is an easy way to bring along her own personal bowl. It doesn't leak and it fits into most water bottle holders/pockets.
The only problems I had were that the clip is flimsy and doesn't stay attached to my belt. Also, I'd prefer to have a BPA free plastic bottle & bowl.

Comments about Gulpy Gulpy Jr. Portable Water Dispenser - 10 fl. oz.:
I bought this for running up to 5K with my dogs, since it fits in the pocket built into my hands-free leash system. The flip down tray is easy for the dogs to drink from, and the bottle doesn't leak at all -- you have to squeeze it to get water into the tray, so there's no waste. At 10 oz, it's on the small side, but I chose this over the larger one for ease of carrying. I'd want something larger for all-day excursions, but this is perfect for shorter runs, for large or small dogs.
For walking, you can clip the bottle to a belt with the attached clip. For running you need a more secure way of holding it in place, because the clip just bounces loose. Also, the loop at the top of the flip-down tray is tall and poky at the top and gets in my way a little. It's not a big deal; just a slight inconvenience.
