Comments about The North Face Pumori Fleece Jacket - Men's:
My only issue was that it's not very versatile because it's not windproof. This is a great jacket for light layering though.

Comments about The North Face Pumori Fleece Jacket - Men's:
It is time to start making vertical zippers close down rather than up. Especially on pants but also on this fleece. Easier to close, harder to open. More difficult to pickpocket.

Comments about The North Face Pumori Fleece Jacket - Men's:
This was a Christmas gift for my husband. He absolutely loves this jacket. Already had one and wanted another. Several of our family members have this jacket and absolutely LOVE it! The quality is super and the service (delivery) was very prompt.,

Comments about The North Face Pumori Fleece Jacket - Men's:
Right after I started wearing the jacket it began to shed...mostly in the areas near my waist (under the arms). I guess this is due to friction with the arms, but seems like it shouldn't happen.

Comments about The North Face Pumori Fleece Jacket - Men's:
I was looking for an end-all midlayer I could throw on under my ski jacket for when it really gets cold. While usually pricey (I would argue often over-priced), TNF looks like they have the best quality polartec 200 fleece out.
I checked out the Pumori to REI's polartec 200 fleece (the Woodland, I believe), and it's not even close. At twice the price, the Pumori is literally twice as thick. You could see through the Woodland. I figured there wasn't much of a point to it if I had to buy TWO midlayers. This jacket is very insulating under a shell and gives you that layer of warm air you're looking for.
If you want to use this on it's own, I might steer you toward the Momentum jacket or something a little better against the wind/rain. This is a straight-up fleece jacket with no liners or membranes, but it would be great on a cool fall day as well.
I wear a medium jacket (5'10" 175) but bought a small fleece to keep the bulk down. That made a good slim fit, and the arms weren't too short...exactly what I was looking for.
Oh, and if you're close to a physical store, stop in. The store nearby had a few more colors available than just black.

Comments about The North Face Pumori Fleece Jacket - Men's:
I really don't want to love Northface, but I tried on every one of the alternatives and this fleece was simply better. I'm a rounder build, tall, and this was the only one that fit my frame without limiting my shoulder movement or looking poochie around the midsection. I really like it, it was the best [$] I've spent on outer wear.
