The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about The North Face Etip Gloves - Women's:
These work pretty good! They aren't perfect, thus a 4, but do work with your smartphone (iphone) and give you the ability to keep hands warmin chilly weather and still use your phone. It's great for fall hikes. Wish they would come up with a think fleece set that with the tips.
I have short stocky hands so the women's size fit nice and snug. Men's sizes seem too big. The women's stretch to fit perfectly.

Comments about The North Face Etip Gloves - Women's:
Overall, they are flexible, comfortable and they work great on my iPhone screen!
The gloves are nice, but not made for warm weather.
I wear them in winter under another pair of gloves.
The power button on the pointer finger makes people laugh like it must be a joke!

These aren't super warm, but that's good for running. The touch pads for touch screens work very nicely, which is great.

Comments about The North Face Etip Gloves - Women's:
I bought these as a present for a friend, but also bought a pair for myself. I really like the gloves when I go running and use them as a liner for my ski gloves. They fit well and keep my hands warm when I take off the ski gloves to answer the phone or text a friend. Only thing I noticed is the fabric that makes up the fingertip of touchpads has started to fray already. Not to much so I hope it doesn't affect the use.

Comments about The North Face Etip Gloves - Women's:
I have wasted money on other gloves that advertise
touch-screen friendly finger tips. This pair is by far the best on the market. I previously purchased a pair of Smartwool "e-tip" gloves that fit oddly and where no where near as warm. And the fit affected to use of the "e-tips" for my iPhone. If you have an iPhone, or any other touch-screen device, these gloves are the way to go. I don't even realize the difference between regular gloves and these, unlike my Smartwool pair, in which the tips are uncomfortable.

Comments about The North Face Etip Gloves - Women's:
I bought these in black and I love them. They are warm, have grippy surface so you can easily drive, hold your coffee cup, etc. I live in the Seattle area--in winter a cold (36-45 F), rainy, but not snowy climate. I have mittens to wear over these if I'm somewhere snowy.
I haven't gone running in them yet but my read from hiking is that they're plenty breathable.
These look great with sportier jackets and, in the black, dressier jackets. I'm thinking of getting the gray color, as well, and I've seen it in the story--it's not shiny so not sure why it's called "metallic."
I appreciate the little clip to clip them together, and the "e-tip" works great with my iPhone!
I am usually a large in gloves, but I'm a perfect/snug fit medium in these. However, since I don't feel I have "man hands," I marked "true to size."

Comments about The North Face Etip Gloves - Women's:
I was hoping these gloves would rock, but about the only positive thing I can say is that they have good grip. The inside cut where the seams were stitched together seemed flawed and worst of all, when I wore these gloves outside (about 10 degrees F) they seemed like the conducted the cold to my skin worse than if my hands were bare.

Comments about The North Face Etip Gloves - Women's:
This is my 2nd pair of etip gloves and enjoy the North Face pair more than the other.
I bought these gloves because I wanted something for running and to slip under my larger ski gloves so I could touch my phone without exposing my hands.
I used them for running about 2x/week and skiing 1x/week. These show no sign of wear and fit really well.
you might want to ship to store (or call ahead) because I snagged the last pair of the Denver REI they were sold out.
