          These shirts are great. I'm 6'4", 220lbs and often have a hard time getting shirts that are BOTH long enough AND aren't massive on me. Normally, that means getting a large T-Shirt from just about anywhere else and having it fit rather large. This long shirt fits me great in a medium and is a perfect length!

          It's really comfortable fabric, and the long sleeve is great for fall/winter days when it's cold out. However, I tend to run warm, and is the case with any long sleeve, if the temperature climbs above normal room temp, or I'm working a bit, I can get a little warm. This is no fault of the shirt though.

          I wear this shirt to work all the time (I work in a casual environment, but this shirt still makes me look good).

          I do note that the shoulder seams are more forward than other shirts. REI says they do this to avoid having a pack push the seams into your shoulders. Sounds good to me. The only thing is that when first putting the shirt on, I find that the forward roll bunches things up under the arms. I just grab a pinch of fabric in the underarm area and pull forward, that pulls the shoulder seams back a little, and releases the tension under the arms. The rest of the day it's great.

              I'm 6'5", 185lbs, 40" chest, 35-36" sleeve.

              Medium tall fits perfectly.

              Comfortable, washes well, retains shape, light weight. Worn casually more often than not.

              This shirt is so thin when you hold it up you can see through both the front and the back to the other side of the room. Even Old Navy's shirts aren't that thin. I expect much more from REI.

              Bought one of these last October. It pills badly, which is a shame because I like the t-shirt version I got at the same time. Not sure if it's the older fabric or the newer.
