Comments about Manduka eKO SuperLite Travel Mat Yoga Mat:
Light weight for travel and carrying it around town.
Not too much padding when on a hard floor! I use a blanket!

I use this mat at home for yoga, and take it with me for classes. Very light, packs well. I'll be taking it on the plane as well....

Comments about Manduka eKO SuperLite Travel Mat Yoga Mat:
These days I need to stretch and use a foam roller after every workout. My gym provides mats for this purpose, but they smell a little funky if they are due to be replaced. So, I bought a travel mat to carry in my bag, either to lay over one of the gym's mats, or use on its own. For this purpose its perfect. It doesn't weight much and folds reasonably flat, so carrying it is much easier than say a regular weight yoga mat. Its also excellent for taking on a short trip, to use in a hotel room or gym.
However, much as I like it, I wouldn't recommend using this mat as a replacement for a more bulky version to take to a yoga class. It offers minimal - ie no! - padding. Its primarily a way to separate you from a grubby floor, and allow you to stretch without slipping. If you are looking to buy a mat to use at a yoga class, you would be better off with a regular mat (I use a Manduka Pro mat, which at $100 is kinda expensive, but well worth the cost).

Comments about Manduka eKO SuperLite Travel Mat Yoga Mat:
First, I must say that I'm a fan of Manduka. I have used other brands of yoga mats and products before; and by far, Manduka is for me. My practice consists of Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Because I sweat a lot in my practice, I pair my Manduka mat with the eQua towel to prevent slippage. I own the Pro-Lite and this Super-Lite Travel Mat. (Please note that Manduka mat has two different surfaces on each side - porous on the bottom side and non-porous on the top/ practice side. So it is easier to clean and maintain the Manduka mat after each practice because the last thing I want is for my mat to stink up when sweat or other odor causing bacteria decide to absorb into my mat and make a home on my mat.) I travel a lot and I try to practice every chance I get - with or without a class. Although this mat doesn't provide enough cushion, it is adequate for my Ashtanga practice. The only two poses I wish I had some cushioning from my pro-lite mat were Baddha Konasana A & B. Other than that, this mat is wonderful! So if you travel a lot, this is the mat for you.

Comments about Manduka eKO SuperLite Travel Mat Yoga Mat:
I attend yoga classes when I travel as well as have an active personal practice. I wanted a more portable light mat for travel. This mat fills the bill. I can easily fit in a carry on or line the bottom for your suite case.
On the down side, it does provide any cushion for your practice. If you are lucky enough to attend a class that provides mats, this mat makes a wonderful topper. It is sticky and holds well to the ground. I couldn't use the mat for everyday practice as I need the thicker version.
